1. Platform Use

PrettyPaid AI™ is a business education and tools platform. You may use the platform for lawful business purposes only. You may not resell, copy, duplicate, or redistribute platform content without written permission. You agree not to misrepresent PrettyPaid AI services.

2. Memberships & Billing

Memberships are billed monthly or as a one-time payment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your billing portal. Free trials are non-recurring.

3. AI Concierge Disclaimer

The AI Concierge is a 24/7 automated virtual assistant. It does not provide legal, financial, or credit advice. It is designed to answer questions and refer users to appropriate resources only. It does not guarantee sales, results, or outcomes. All responses are informational and educational in nature.

4. Educational Content Disclaimer

All credit, funding, and business education provided through PrettyPaid AI™ is for educational purposes only. Results vary based on individual effort, credit history, and financial circumstances. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, or credit repair advice.

5. Consultations

All $25 consultations are non-refundable. E-books are delivered via email after purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantee

PrettyPaid AI™ does not guarantee credit improvement, income results, or business success. PrettyPaid AI™ DBA Wealthy Returns LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. SMS Messaging Program

Wealthy Returns LLC DBA prettypaid.ai offers an SMS messaging program sending transactional, customer support, and promotional messages to users who interact with the website https://prettypaid.ai. Customer care messages may include responses to support requests, transactional updates, appointment coordination, or follow-up communications. Promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements. Each message type requires separate, explicit consent collected through independent checkboxes.

• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
• Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the PrettyPaid AI™ platform and to opt into our SMS messaging program. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
